A seminar on Obesity and Joint Disease was held on 12 Dec. 2019 in Dijla conference room in the Electrical Engineering Department by Dr. Muthafar Abdulla Shafeeq, president of the Iraqi Confederation of Sports Medicine . The seminar was organized by the EE dept. in corporation with the Students Activities Dept.

Obesity has been defined and its related diseases were demonstrated for all ages. In addition, prevention methods and healthy practice and diet were discussed, and finally, the presenter answered the many question asked by the audience.
