The Electrical Engineering Department at the University of Technology organized a visit to Dar Zahoor Al-Alawiya Orphanage, with the participation of several faculty members and department staff. During the visit, they met with the management of the orphanage, listened to their requirements, and discussed the challenges they face in providing essential necessities. The department also met with the orphanage’s girls, aged between 6 and 12 years. The goal of the visit was to directly contribute to providing basic needs, including air conditioning devices, for the orphans and individuals with special needs, especially during the summer season. Under the direct guidance of the department head, Dr. Jabbar Khalaf Mohammed, the Electrical Engineering Department continues to support orphanages and charitable initiatives, actively contributing to serving our beloved community.
