Ivan A. Hashim was born in 1975 in Najaf, Iraq. He received the BSc degree in Electronic and Communication Engineering in 1997 from Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Technology, Baghdad, Iraq. He obtained his MSc and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from the Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Technology, in 2000 and 2016 respectively. Currently, he is an ِAssistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering Branch. His fields of research are Digital System Design, Pattern Recognition, Artificial Neural Network, and Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) design.
