Azzad Bader Saeed was born in Baghdad, Iraq in January 1967, he has earned two patent certificates, and has published 12 researches. He has earned the Bsc degree in electronic and communication engineering from Electrical Engineering Department in University of Technology in 1989. He has earned the Msc degree in electronic engineering from Electrical Engineering Department in University of Technology in 2005. He has earned the PhD degree in electronic engineering from Electrical Engineering Department in University of Technology in 2017. Azzad B.
